Ability to change is the biggest achievement: Mohammad Bin Rashid

‘The most difficult challenge facing me is the search for leaders who are in self-denial, philanthropic and have the faith in working for others’

Dubai: The biggest achievement in life is your ability to change, facilitate and develop people’s lives for the better, tweeted His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

In a series of tweets on Thursday, Shaikh Mohammad wrote about his life lessons, which he learnt from his experience as a leader.

“Brothers and sisters. As we used to do every summer, I will write from time to time about some of what we learned from our leadership and management under the hashtag #Life_taught_me. Let us pass some of our experiences for the future generations.”

“#Life_taught_me that the biggest achievement in life is your ability to change, facilitate and develop people’s lives for the better and create opportunities and benefits for them. The best people are the ones who benefit others. If you only care about yourself, then you are not good enough, but if you care about others, you are a very important member of the society,” Shaikh Mohammad tweeted.

“The most difficult challenge facing me is the search for leaders who are in self-denial, philanthropic and have the faith in working for others. They are few but they bring about a change thanks to their different ambitions, their noble motives and their achievements, which give them the energy for continuous sacrifice for the sake of the country = #Life_taught_me,” concluded Shaikh Mohammad.
