About the role:

A leading Dubai based company in the compliance/risk sector is looking for a Sales Manager based in Dubai and is able to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia to help them grow their market share there.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in Saudi Arabia.

  • Implementing and conducting sales plan to accommodate department goals for the client’s services.

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate with new clients.

  • Determined, classified, conduct meetings and follow up all potential clients.

  • Realistic forecasts for each product and territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort.

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B or B2G sales in a multinational environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, or a related field is required.

  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

  • Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications in both Arabic and English.
