· Preparation of VAT returns and its submission to the relevant tax authorities.
· Organizing external audits of the Group and its subsidiaries in other GCC counties.
· Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
· Ensuring timely disbursement of monthly payroll of entire group as well full & final settlements including indemnity according to applicable labor laws in different GCC countries.
· Maintaining statutory record, minutes book, CR, lease agreements and other related documents.
· Preparation of Management Information Reports etc. for effective financial & tax management.
· Involvement in the preparation and communication of financial statements.
· Review general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation.
