Area Aquatics Manager – Landmark Group – Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Role Overview & Responsibilities: 


 

To drive revenue across clubs along with Swim Academy team.
To ensure all administrative tasks such as audit, stocks & booking queries etc, related to the lessons as per standards.
To work with the Swim Instructors team for business planning and goal setting. 
To carry out quality checks for all Swim Instructors each month, to ensure teachings are upto the set standards and identify any areas for improvement or trainings (if required).
To provide initial and additional training to all colleagues where necessary on all procedures including booking systems.
To check the private contracts and ensure they are completed correctly.
To create registers for every new term for all Swim Instructors for assigned area.
Assist in Swim Academy events for member engagement.
To review and comply with requirements of standard operating procedures and policies.  
Support in marketing communication & collaterals by coordinating with marketing team for campaigns.
Be responsible for all equipment maintenance and reporting.
Complete STA Tutors course and assist in the training and qualifying of all Swim Instructor (if not already STA Tutor status).
Prepare monthly MIS including computation of incentives for the department. 
Arrange rewards and recognition program for the top performing Swim Instructors.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills. 
Track record of working across multicultural environment.
STA Swim Certified.
