Job Purpose and Scope
To chase projects within the region and maximize the sales of sanitary ware and building material products.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with Architects and Interior designers; understanding their requirements, making sales presentation.
- Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
- To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
- To explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
- Ensure the total end to end sales cycle of every deal including logistics, delivery and collection of payments.
- Meet prospective customers and convert to Sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals after approvals from the Senior Sales Manager.
- Negotiate purchase prices with Principals on a regular basis as per the contracts at hand.
- Negotiate credit terms with existing clients and propose the same for new customers.
- Work along with the sales coordinator, warehouse and other support staff to complete ongoing projects on a timely basis and ensure no delays in delivery.
- Ensure collections are made on a timely manner as per the contractual periods agreed.
- Preparing sales proposal and quotations for submission to clients.
- Prepare contracts and get reviewed by the senior manager.
