AUTO INSURANCE ACCIDENTAL CLAIMS HANDLER / ESTIMATOR – Advance Auto Repairing Services LLC – United Arab Emirates

• Handling all accidental vehicle claims
• Ability to read and understand all vehicle insurance documentation and requirements for file submission (including police reports)
• Ability to read Arabic
• Dealing with customer’s in a professional manner, both in the office and at insurance company’s
• Must be able to inspect and survey accidental vehicle in a prompt and accurate manner either at the insurance company, customers site or at the workshop
• Ability to assess vehicle damage (chassis, mechanical etc.) and take detailed pictures
• Ability to provide comprehensive accidental estimates for repairs
• Accurately documenting all quotations furnished in a systematic manner for daily updates to the Management
• Full knowledge of used parts – body & mechanical
• Actively following up on vehicle approvals and LPO’S.
• Uploading and if required, physically submitting documentation to insurance company’s
• Dealing with insurance company employee’s in a polite and diplomatic manner
• Keeping good relations with all business associates and individual customer’s
• Keeping close track of the accidental vehicles under ongoing repairs in the workshop
• Ensuring quality control of the repairs performed
• Excellent communication skills
• Providing management with daily feedback and updates
• Visiting insurance Companies and promptly getting registered on their panel
• Creative thinking
• Positive attitude
• Negotiation skills
• Plenty of initiative

Valid UAE driving license
AGE: 30 – 40
ACCOMMODATION: Company provided
TRANSPORT: Company vehicle provided
LEAVE: 30 DAYS paid leave per annum
Air ticket: once a year (return)
Medical: yearly
