In a bid to marry creativity with technology and bring about a revolution in the world experiences socio-digital platforms; TAAN Worldwide; one of the world’s oldest, largest and most successful networks of carefully selected independent advertising and communications agencies, today announced the launch of ‘Accelerate’ – the Technology Division of The Big Idea (TBI)

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Peter Gerritsen, (President of the worldwide TAAN Network) said, “In the last decade, web, mobile and cloud technologies have transformed the way we communicate and influence consumer behavior. TAAN worldwide network is built on the concept that shared knowledge, technology and intelligence creates powerful insight in addressing the goals of agencies and marketers throughout the world. It is a well-known fact that the UAE and other Gulf countries are early adopters of any new technology and I am confident that TBI’s Accelerate will help marketers connect the dots.”

TBI’s latest prodigy, Accelerate will have an innovation lab and will develop its own tech products that will include enterprise mobility solutions, mobile apps, and gamification and e-commerce platforms. According to Hoshi Siganporia (CEO of TBI), “The convergence of creativity and technology have resulted in creating richer and more impactful experiences. We are now living in a more intelligent world and run of the mill print, TV and radio ads are going to be less effective. Accelerate will use technology to bridge the gap between the creative big idea and the always-on social and digital channels.”

Accelerate’s service offerings will include customized solutions for small and mid-size enterprises. The focus will be to create technology solutions to enhance customer experiences and improve collaboration and productivity within an enterprise. According to Abhinav Kottalgi, VP – Technology & Innovation, “Our focus is to provide end-to-end technology solutions. With an in-house team of software developers, UI / UX experts and technology architects, we intend to develop enterprise solutions on cloud, mobile and web to cater to field force management, intranet and ecommerce portals, business intelligence reporting and collaboration apps for customers across various verticals.”
