As Brand Manager, you will lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets, be responsible for all stores and employee development, this including store performance management, coaching and identifying the development of sales staff and be accountable for visual merchandising in assigned stores. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including expansion on both local & regional levels, budgeting for new projects, and forecasting business potentials.
The Responsibilities are:
· Develop a comprehensive business plan that covers all business aspects.
· Define and implement a strategy to develop the brand.
· Oversees overall operational, financial and resources management, planning, systems, and controls.
· Measures and reports sales & profit performance on a regular basis
· Support higher management with accurate and timed reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.
To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements for operational activity and follow company policies and procedures.
To identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan for the same.
To ensure that the visual presentation of all stores represents the brand image.
To seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward.
To ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new team members and monitor ongoing performance needs.
To effectively manage the performance and development of all staff, to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the area.
Daily Follow Up with sales team, across all locations.
Maintain all shops at the highest possible standard, well organized and properly merchandised at all times.
Ensure goals and sales expectations are achieved.
Ensure all customer service initiative is in place.
Train, Coach, Motivate, encourage, challenge and provide constructive guidelines to the shop team.
To create a positive environment that results in stable retention and a reduction of labor turnover.
To achieve successful Mystery Shop results through the development and training of managers.
To achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
