Business Development & Partnerships Manager – Qatar

With us you will be responsible for creating incremental value through Direct Sales Channels by identifying and implementing Business Development opportunities as well as nurturing strategic partnerships with external organizations and individuals.

  • Develop partnerships strategy for Direct sales channels
  • Establish processes in order to identify & address business development opportunities for new areas that are still at concept stage as well as existing areas
  • Drive recommendations to identify relationship opportunities and create portfolio
  • Develop partnerships with key partners to grow business
  • Create a lead generation mechanism for Partners and Manage them to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Work cross functionally with marketing (pricing for instance to build a business case for specific projects) network, IT, sales, service delivery, customer care, and others to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue
  • Develop & implement processes to improve the lead conversion rate 
  • Develop & manage outsourced telesales team to generate hot leads
  • Ensure timely payout to the partners
