Experience: Min 5 years of relevant experience.
Education: Any degree in Information Technology
Certification in Debit / Credit card related applications / tool (Preferred)
The support engineer will have relevant experience of above 5 years and work in the analysis, and support of business applications in Credit / Debit card management by effectively mapping the business requirements to out of box product functionalities, taking up supported customizations where applicable, testing and ensuring timely delivery of services.
