An exciting time to lead and create the regions Career, Development and Performance (CDP) strategy to input into wider Talent Development strategy across the MENA region. The Learning landscape is evolving quickly including how our people learn, where they learn, and driving a culture of continuous, just-in-time relevant material. The role is also responsible for overseeing and driving execution of the CDP strategy within the Region.
You will be working closely with the Region Learning Leads to identify Region Talent Development requirements and building close working relationships with senior business stakeholders and Talent Executive colleagues to ensure alignment to EY CDP and business strategy. Acts as a champion for new ways of working for CDP in the Region.
