Channel Manager (Riyadh) – Binzagr Careers – Saudi Arabia

Main Accountabilities:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus and drive sales and distribution targets across Whole Sale, Retail Van Sales, Pharmacy Van Salesman, Retail Van Operator, Sales Man Class A and Small Group Pharmacy.
  • Drive on-shelf availability in all channels to underpin world class standards in-market execution.
  • Ensure 100% customer sales and distribution coverage.
  • Ensure the free flow of daily business.
  • Maintain a well-trained and motivated sales team.
  • Maintain and drive robust sales processes.
  • Ensure Customer / Binzagr Co. Contract Compliance.
  • Identify and highlight areas of Sales and Distribution opportunities to maxims sales potential.
  • Manage the Sales team and control the financial collections and budgets.
  • Deliver the monthly sales and distribution targets through his team.
  • Ensure Retail Van Salesmen achieve field capability scores
  • Increase wholesale productivity by increasing the number of customer and sales.
  • Conduct weekly/Monthly sales and distribution meetings, analysis identifying areas of opportunity/focus and circulate action points with Senior Management.
  • Execute promotional plans/drives.
  • Liaise with the demand planning team to maintain warehouse stock levels.
  • Identify training needs and develop appropriate coaching scenarios.
  • Maintain and lead customer’s financial claims process
  • Ensure 100% Customer Coverage by Sales Team across all channels every month.
  • Drive zero-tolerance policy on the misuse of company assets and funds.
  • Maintain a schedule of Multi-channel weekly market visits with the sales teams.
  • Maintain open lines of communications with our Principal
  • Lead Customer contract negotiations.
  • Conduct, prepare business reviews with key customer’s monthly basis.
  • Circulate the results of the business reviews to Senior Management.
  • Drive innovation listing and distribution.
  • Circulate Weekly / daily trackers on all activities and initiatives.
