Job Purpose:
- Manage day-to-day financial operation,
- Financial reporting and analysis,
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implementing improvement of financial operational processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the finance department.
- Set goals and objectives, and secure process and system support.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information.
- Analyze revenue, costs, pricing, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget.
- Complete monthly and year-end procedures including year-end postings and year-end reports.
- Coordinate annual audit with external auditors and regulatory government entities.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
