Perform health check calls to selected customers.
Conduct outbound calls for tariff optimization and plan upgrades.
Perform calls for proactive and reactive retention
Support customers who are facing payment issues.
Manage inbound chat queries into sale.
Assist with email communications and re-targeting customers.
Assist in life customers with chat and seek to upsell to different plans.
Answer all customer inquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient way.
Maintain customer services standards by responding to all contacts promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times.
Provide clear and concise responses to all customer enquiries and complaints and ensures all infor-mation is accurate in response to the customer.
Follow sales scripts (where applicable) and respond empathetically to customers.
Resolve customer complaints end to end.
Refer unresolved queries for further action as necessary by following a pre-defined escalation process.
Respond to customer queries through online channels, e.g. social media, emails, in-app chat
Contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets.
Assist other Virgin Mobile business functions as appropriate.
