Country Manager – Canaan Gardens – Kuwait

• Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and service functions.
• Develop and implement sales and service strategy.
• Monitor and analyze sales and service activity against goals.
• Managing all operations within a country i.e. taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality target.
• Administer and manager the existing Clients, collect & organize information about customers and create a complete Customer Database.
• Establish new and maintain existing long‐term relationship with customers so as to obtain and permanently deal with Customer’s satisfaction.
• Proactive communication with Customers and clients via different sources of correspondence (E‐mail, telephone etc.).
• Prepare pre‐qualification and registration documents with new markets, follow‐up the quotations submitted to Clients.
• Evaluation of Customer relationship already established. The establishment of realistic sales quotas and methods of assisting customers to attain the quotas.
• Conduct product training and application seminars for customers which shall cover equipment application, new products, sales techniques etc.
• Recruitment and cultivation of high‐quality prospects as a method of expanding our export business.
• Trips to support, evaluate and train new and existing customers which includes participation in trade shows, troubleshooting Delta’s products in the field and evaluating applications in the world market
• Timely preparation and submission of quotations to customers.
• Planning, directing and coordinating of the service and repair activities in compliance with company goals and objectives.
• Product business performance reports ‐ regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business leads and regulatory compliance.
• Continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters
• Ensure all aspects of a business operate smoothly in the country.
• Ensure the organization follows local laws and regulations by legalizing both Personnel and company
