Reporting to the Head of Pursuits, the CRM Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for KPMG’s CRM and analytics needs. The purpose of this position is to manage both technical and business aspects of the CRM tool to achieve the highest level of business impact and value.
The CRM Analyst will act as a champion for the CRM system, advocating and driving best practice usage through training and communications. They will also lead the development of dashboards and reports and deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentation of data to provide valuable information and insight to the Firm’s leadership at all levels.
Central to this role is the development and roll-out of strategic CRM and reporting initiatives that will deliver meaningful recommendations to the firm’s top management in making data-driven decisions as well as increasing the business impact and value of the system.
Major duties and responsibilities:
1. CRM Management
Ø Front end management of MS Dynamics based CRM tool – which is used for client, opportunity, contacts, appointments and campaign management.
Ø Produce and interpret strategic reports and dashboards based on CRM data (performance against targets, pipeline analysis, etc) that will drive management decision making.
Ø Work as a liaison between the business and Markets to understand key business requirements and implement tool enhancements as required.
2. CRM Training & Communications
Ø Design and deliver customized training modules for all business units and user levels.
Ø Development of training and system documentation.
Ø Design and deliver CRM related communications to increase best-practice usage and business impact.
3. Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Ø Work with cross functional teams, including Advisory, Audit, Tax, IT, Finance, Risk and manage all external vendors as required for CRM upgrade/modification.
