Description
The key responsibility for the CRM Manager is to create, implement and measure contact strategies using Salesforce and an integrated ESP (Dotdigital). You will create a single customer view, manage data, and nurture and prospect client relationships.
Create, implement and measure contract strategies through Salesforce CRM
Develop and manage relevant contact segments for effective targeting
Devise and execute email marketing campaigns
Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to define customer acquisition strategies
Implement automation to enhance engagement
Co-ordinate the thinking between UX, Tech, CRM, Email Marketing and Sales
Support and link with Social Media Platforms
Advise on MarTech toolkit to enhance effectiveness and insight
Create meaningful KPIs and marketing metrics
Training and support for local and regional sales teams
Profile
Ambitious and experienced CRM Manager with Salesforce experience
Easily adapt and commercially minded with a focus on customer acquisition
2-3 years hands-on experience
Understand how CRM fits in to the bigger business picture
Creative minded, a good judge of quality and effective content
Experience in an integrated marketing team
Salesforce and email marketing essential
Data, Tech and CMS savvy
Ability to travel freely, on occasion, within the EU
