Applications are invited for various positions for Curriculum Chairs at Niagara College KSA. Reporting to the Associate Principal, Academic or the Head of Teaching & Learning, the Chair is responsible for a multi-faceted academic leadership role planning and overseeing curriculum, staff and faculty. This role involves the coordination of the program, curriculum review and development, the effective hiring, training, and on-going supervision of faculty, teaching for up to eight (8) hours per week, and the management of workload assignments/timetabling. The Chair also works toward critical enrollment and retention targets, manages learner progress, and develops ongoing support strategies to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and internal progression targets. Additionally, the Chair is involved in providing assistance in the monitoring of an expense budget and management of the overall academic programming under the guidance of the Associate Principal, Academic or Head of Teaching & Learning.
