Customer Service Unit Head – INDEVCO GROUP S.A.L. – Saudi Arabia
Monitor daily production, receipt goods from outside sources and FG Inventory for proper planning, shipment, and safety stock management. Monitor Sales Orders inflow to ensure proper planning for delivery and Finished Good availability. Monitor daily deliveries from internal/local suppliers to avoid over stock and ensure effective storage capacity in w/h. Meet weekly with sales, production and marketing for proper planning & priorities (Item, Quantity, and Machine) and ensuring smooth operation for CSD. Recommend Fleet Routing and capacity and confirm effective implementation. Release monthly orders with affiliates and coordinate with Material Manager the plant order. Report to Accounting Department procurement invoices; monthly freight charges for transportation agencies; monthly freight charges for our distributors; Remote area trade loaders and Monthly trips bonus for drivers and their assistants. Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes. Check on daily basis back order reports and sales delivery and take necessary actions where required.
