3-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that every department is aligned in matters of customers shipping, invoices and replacements
4-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure a proper resolution
5-Daily checkup for customer queries on different user platforms
