Cybersecurity Channels Manager – Omnix International – Dubai, United Arab Emirates


The Cybersecurity Channels Manager will expand on the existing partnerships in place to build relationships in the Cybersecurity field, execute marketing activities to build and drive pipeline and close revenue. The successful candidate will work with multiple partners and the sales team to drive opportunities through a well understood sales cycle. The Cybersecurity Channels Manager works with complex software technologies and is able to build and communicate benefits in both business and financial terms.


The job holder must develop, maintain and sustain a reliable network of partners to ensure complete and successful coverage of assigned sales region.

 

1.       Recruit, onboard and develop committed, capable and scalable channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets to increase channel breadth.

2.       Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing and business development leadership to align Omnix activities in specific industries and territories.

3.       Work with cross-­functional teams to drive success for the Cybersecurity BU initiatives that involves working with strategic channel partners.

4.       Identifying the right channels and enabling them on Omnix Solutions.

5.       End User profiling with channels and creating leads.

6.       Working on Channel Plan with specific partners and target planning.

7.       Leverage on cross selling and up selling opportunities.

8.       Accountable for product strategy & product growth plan for the defined territory/accounts thereby working towards achieving the assigned yearly target and ensure they are achieved linearly across every quarter.

9.       Drive adoption of Omnix Channel Partner programs and agreements.

10.   Build an internal network within the region and Omnix and act as a leader for the Partnerships and Channels development strategy, in coordination with the local Sales Team.

11.   Provide monthly reporting and forecasts on opportunities and pipeline, ensure accuracy of data relating to all partners and opportunities.

12.   Manage all partner training & events throughout the region.

13.   Develop awareness and generate business through channel partners and end-users.
