- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/ social media and apps.
- Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website/ social media and apps
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement Social Media Strategy
- Manage the design and updates of company website
- Develop the Marketing department budget and ensure control thereof
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors
- Keep abreast with new technologies in digital marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, apps and system and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendors for production of marketing collaterals, events, and SM
- Respond to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, special promotions and marketing calendar.
- Track product line & menu items sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Provide analytics reports as required
- Prepare and present monthly marketing activities
- Design a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials that may include Menus, advertisements, illustrations, Flyers, and brochures for the brands & presentations purpose using advanced desktop, graphic.
- Prepare Images Catalogue for Menu and other pictures
