1) Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
2) Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals.
3) Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
4) Manage store budgets and maintain financial records
5) Oversight stock levels and order new items when required
6) Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
7) Handle staff conflicts, complaints, and problems
8) Prepare various promotional materials and in-store displays
9) Collaborate with the head office to ensure store location lives up to standards
10) Complete Store Administration and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures
11) Maintain outstanding Store condition and visual Merchandising Standards
12) Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.
