Dubai Islamic Bank donates AED 25 mn to Dar Al Ber Society

DUBAI, 4th June, 2018 (WAM) — Dubai Islamic Bank, DIB, has donated AED 25 million to Dar Al Ber Society, DAS, in support of its charitable projects for low-income people.

Abdullah Ali Al Falasi, Executive Director of DAS, said the money would be used to cover expenses of surgeries, treatment and medicines for needy patients and pay tuition fees for school and university students and rental value for houses inhabited by underprivileged families.

Abdul Razzaq Al Abdullah, Head of Community Services Department at DIB, said the DIB and DAS maintain close strategic partnership in the service of charitable and humanitarian projects for the needy people.
