Emirates News Agency – Saif bin Zayed meets Bahraini Interior Minister

ABU DHABI, 30th November, 2022 (WAM) – H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, met today with Lt. General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior of Bahrain.
The two ministers reviewed the brotherly relations between the two countries, which are getting stronger and more established during the era of the two wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan , and his brother, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain.

During the meeting, a number of issues of common concern were discussed, with emphasis on ways to enhance cooperation in areas of security, police and exchange of knowledge and expertise in a way that serves their common interests and achieves sustainable security and stability in the region.

The meeting was attended by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services, and several officers of the Ministries of Interior in the UAE and Bahrain
