ERC organises iftar for students in Aden, Yemen

ADEN, 31st May, 2018 (WAM) — The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has organised a group iftar for the students of the Children and Family Protection Centre in Aden, as part of its events for the Year of Zayed and its efforts to support needy people around Yemen.

The ERC volunteer team said that organising the iftar is part of ERC’s local charity efforts in Yemen.

The students, who number 400, expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the ERC team in Aden and Yemen, which reflected the UAE’s desire to support Yemenis.

The added that the ERC’s Ramadan Iftar project represents the ERC’s humanitarian and charity services, especially during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
