We are looking for someone who has extensive and excellent hands on knowledge of developing recipes and menus and specialised in Italian Cuisinies. Someone who comes from a background of stand alone concepts, and A La Carte Menu.
Our ideal candidate would be someone very creative, who is up to date with current market trends are and what it will be ahead. Should be able to train and guide other employees constantly on his developed dishes so the consistency in the quality is maintained throughout.
