Executive Secretary – Hempel Paints Company ( ME ) – Bahrain

  • Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area.
  • Provides all clerical and secretarial services necessary for the efficient functioning of the Department.

  • Types variety of documents, letters, memos and faxes.
  •  Maintains an effective filing system for handling a variety of documents and reports.
  • Receives incoming faxes, post mails and courier deliveries and distribute to the concerned recipients.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for Management Team.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time

  • Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.

  • Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as  required
