- Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area.
- Provides all clerical and secretarial services necessary for the efficient functioning of the Department.
- Types variety of documents, letters, memos and faxes.
- Maintains an effective filing system for handling a variety of documents and reports.
- Receives incoming faxes, post mails and courier deliveries and distribute to the concerned recipients.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for Management Team.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time
Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.
Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required
