Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that company premises and facilities shall meet government regulations and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
· Liaising with local authorities (specially JAFZA) for trade license and operation fitness certificate (OFC) renewals
· Overseeing all the contractual services provided on daily basis (Cleaning / MEP / Landscaping / Pest Control)
· Organize and upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of the building
· Tracking building upkeep as well as anticipated long-term and short-term improvements and maintenance
· Plan budget and schedule office maintenance & modifications
· Negotiating for new contracts and renewal of existing contracts
· Coordinating with respective department activities (Inter Department / Division / Business Units)
· Responsible to manage company vehicle (registration, allocation, incidents & service maintenance)
· Regularly inspecting Staff Accommodation and other employee facilities
