Fujairah Crown Prince attends graduation of 288 HCT students

FUJAIRAH, 2nd May, 2019 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, stated that the “strategic” investment made by the UAE’s leadership in education has created a comprehensive world-class education system, and created an ideal environment for scientific and applied research and higher studies, enabling Emirati universities to compete with leading peers all over the world.

He added that the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to implement policies conducive to accelerating the advancement of the education sector, have reflected positively on the number of higher education graduates.

Sheikh Mohammed made the remarks while attending the graduation of the 2018 batch of the Higher Colleges of Technology, HCT, in Fujairah, held earlier today. Malek Sultan Al Malek, Member of the Board of Trustees of the HCT also attended the event.

Sheikh Mohammed honoured 69 male and 219 female graduates from 16 HCT faculties and urged them to spare no efforts in serving their nation, and contribute to its development drive.
