Head of HR & Administration – Career Hunters – Kuwait
-Organizational departmental planning
-Performance management and improvement systems
-Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
-Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
-Policy development and documentation
-Company-wide committee facilitation
-Company employee and community communication
-Compensation and benefits administration;
-Monitor attendance system and the preparation of various reports on staff appointments, maintain and update employee records and personnel files
Identify legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures their compliance with the Jordan Labor Law.
-To ensure the smooth and efficient running of head office.
-Management and maintenance of delegated company data bases or data input
-To manage the quality control function and to generate status and improvement reports for Senior Management.
-Service the Senior Management meetings and ensure papers are available in advance for all meetings.
-Manage the vehicle data base and commissioning of vehicles.
-To ensure staff in these sections undergo training appropriate to the post and that they each have an Individual Training and Development programmer.
-To be responsible for health and safety compliance for the organization.
