Manage team of experts across different functions – Digital marketing, Brand communication (including PR) CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Retail and CRM
•Define MENA brand marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand value and revenue
Set key KPIs and evaluate markets’ performance for regional campaigns, and local campaigns for flagship launches
Support local offices to develop media plans, communication campaigns and post evaluation campaigns. Support offices in agency selection when needed.
•Liaise with the company and other regional offices to benchmark best practices and find insights for the region if applicable
•Based on shopper understanding, design the best approach on shop display, promotion, layout, and maintenance at retail
•Understand social dynamics for owned assets, Digital marketing and Retail
