About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
- Manage the day to day running of all aspects of the restaurant housekeeping services
- Manage the cleaning team and make the roster of the third party contractor
- Take care of all linen management
- Make sure that the whole building : curtains / walls / flooring / carpets / marbles / toilets / façade are made and cleaned properly
- Manage and maintain general cleanliness in all agreed areas of the restaurant
