1. Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
2. Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, promotions etc.
3. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
4. Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll and different allowances5. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner
6. Assists in hiring process by coordinating with HR management
7. Escalate work complaints and employee concerns to the management
8. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
9. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
10. Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations
