1- Contributing to preparing company plans in general, Human Resources Management department in particular.
2- Supervising the implementation of the company’s operational plan, and ensuring its optimum application and the highest quality.
3- Recruitment, research and personal interviews with sales department candidates.
4- Organizing and archiving employee contracts.
5- Arrange and schedule Employees leave ( Weekly, Annual, Emergency leave ) regularly.
6- Follow-up movements and transfer of Employees.
7-Preparing payroll, Compensation, Monthly commissions.
8- Follow up Employees Evaluation( Preparation Period, Monthly Evaluation, KPI ).
9- Follow up on the Employees ‘ problems and work for solving them.
