Human Resources Officer – Lama Development – Qatar



– Manage the company’s organization chart and headcounts

– Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents and advise managers on human resources policies and regulations

– Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff

– Be a true brand ambassador and conduct new employee orientations and standard training (i.e. brand history, product information, service ritual, sales techniques, grooming & hygiene)

– Stay informed of worldwide brand activities and create memos, as well as new training materials whenever necessary 

– Lead the recruitment and hiring process including interview and hiring process

– Contact references and perform background checks

– Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

– Resolve issues between management and employees whenever they occur

– Direct disciplinary procedures

– Process paperwork on behalf of the company whenever necessary
