Interior Fitout Business Development Executive – Oman


Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing in-depth knowledge of Interior design, fitout and furniture and responding quickly and effectively to tender.

Preparation and presentation of client pitches, sales proposals, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs and sales forecasting.

Can close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing leads and good negotiation skills.

Liaise with consultants, architects and clients to generate new leads, prospect and source new clients and develop a strong sales pipeline for commercial and industrial interior office, retail, hospitality fitout solutions to increase revenue and market share.

Working closely with the project team and liaising with the client until project handover. Interact with client management to maintain relationships with customers during project execution, especially from the point of generating additional work orders.

Review activity reports and updates on a daily basis and take appropriate action. Responsible and accountable for knowing and adhering to all corporate, department, quality, and regulatory policies.
