Responsibilities include:
Outreach
- Contact and conversion of prospective car sellers from existing classified platforms
- Contact and sign up prospective car dealers
Onboarding
- Onboard car sellers
- Onboard car dealers
- Review car dealer applications
- Review vehicles uploaded
- Provide assistance to sellers and dealers
Follow-Up
- Contact sellers upon auction end and after sale completed
- Contact winning dealers to ensure sale progressed
Ad-hoc
- Quality checking vehicles uploaded
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Promoting the business at specific events and locations
- Providing timely feedback and reports as requested to the founders
- Regular calls to listed dealer network to encourage engagement in the platform
- Manage inbound enquires or questions via the ‘contact us’ WhatsApp
- Provide basic technical support
- Management of social media activity
