Job Description
• The candidate should have strong experience in mobile OS(Android and IOS), configurations of VMware EMM, Troubleshooting, and setup.
• The candidate should have experience in the IT Service desk and mobile application knowledge.
• Min. 4 years of experience on IT service desk
• Service desk tool (knowledge/experience) – Any
• ITIL knowledge preferred
• Microsoft certifications – not mandatory
• Experience in providing first-level tech support in hardware and desktop support
• Good exposure to mobiles OS (Android and iOS)
• Configurations of VMware EMM, troubleshoot & set-up
