Identify business objectives of direct sales / rent / construction / licensing / consulting transactions, capital markets, related issues, and facilitates risk/benefit analysis

– Agreements/Contracts & documents management – 50%;

– Regulatory support (Negotiations about Agreements disputes) – 20%;

– Risk management – 20%;

– People management – 10%.

Profile

Candidates who apply must meet all the below criteria:

Western/Common Law Qualified Lawyer with over 5 years PQE

Based in the UAE (Willing and able to work in Ras Al-Khaimah)

Significant experience handling investments in Real Estate and Hospitality
