Job Purpose:
Will be responsible for assessing all the existing processes within Warehouse Operations, searching for best practices, innovative processes and implementing them across the region in a standardized way. Such implementation includes scheduling and change management activities, creation of documents, training the team and monitoring for compliance.
– Assess existing processes, drawing the existing flow, listing the activities and mapping possible gap and improvement points.
– Benchmark for best process practices internally and externally.
– Search for different energy saving and loss prevention options.
– Create/Update processes, validating them with all stakeholders.
– Define the scope of work for hiring new warehouses and new Built-to-suit projects.
– Define the warehouse maintenance management process and its procedures.
– Act as project manager for new Built-to-suit Warehouses and TSP Projects.
– Managing Distribution Digital Platforms implementation and maintenance.
– Supporting the decision making process by providing monthly,weekly,daily visibility on Logistics Performance.
