JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical knowledge in repair/maintenance/ installation of home appliances (television, refridgerator, dryer, washing machine, gas range, etc.)
Guide and monitor daily activities of team of technicians to ensure desired productivity and quality
Issue daily job orders to field/workshop technicians and monitor daily performance
Ensure team has full product and service knowledge, as well as customer handling skills
Create reports for reviews and provide suggestions to improve the service units
Supervise operational activities of service center for revenue generation
Ensure availability of spare parts with periodic reviews of stocks level and efficient planning
