JOB PURPOSE: Directly manages members of restaurant staff, responsible for restaurant profitability, revenue targets, Guest Loyalty Index, Team Member Engagement, Mystery Shop targets, Team Member turnover and ultimately overall operations, profitability, business budgeting and planning.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executes initiatives and programs, flawlessly drives new sales development initiatives to strengthen and deliver restaurant profitability
• Provides proactive input on staffing of restaurant management to ensure consistent execution of Guest Services and restaurant operations
• Provides leadership and coaching to support staffing, performance management, development and retention of all hourly positions.
• Overall responsibility for restaurant performance
• Responsible for continuous improvement of Team Member Engagement and Retention
• Sets aggressive yet achievable goals, prioritizes competing demands, holds people accountable and ensures they have the resources needed to achieve results
