The purpose of the Manager Technical Services Delivery Management is to provide service delivery management within the technical services functional area that supports the Security Department; this includes but not be limited to technical services delivery measurements/management, technical operation & maintenance support and Security Technical Help Desk management.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
– Manage technical operation and maintenance of all security systems in line with the business continuity requirement and KPI terms of reference;
– Technical Services KPI setup & best practice benchmarks for the technical operation and maintenance;
– Set up the Security Technical Help Desk, including Security Help Desk services management, ensuring that all issues are resolved;
– Oversee the Security System technical services delivery management, system administration, technical support and interface management;
– Manage the Technical Operation & Maintenance for all Security Systems;
– Undertake detailed business continuity planning for technical system operation;
– Manager the Control room technical operation for ZOC/MOC/DPOC, including the reporting of Security services in control rooms
– Undertake any other activities assigned by the leadership technical team from time to time as required.
