Marketing Executive/ Graphic Designer – Nejoud – Kuwait

General Description

The Marketing Executive/ Graphic Designer will ensure that Nejoud company attains its marketing and business development goals and achieve positive
customer and employee outlook towards the company. He/She will recommend, roll out and organize event, program and initiatives that will boost the company’s positive presence, popularity and integrity. The Marketing Executive/ Graphic Designer will make sure to engage with the existing loyal customers and expand the client base as support for assertive, productive and financially sound
company branding. He/She is passionate about Food and Beverage and customer’s satisfaction and delight.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

Main Tasks

  • Create daily buzz to all approved marketing platform available to utilize such as but not limited to social media, blogs, podcast, etc
  • Direct task (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Marketing Team
  • Provide update to the management through weekly and monthly report
  • Seek trends and provide insights to the management whether that would be new business trends, idea, location, focus on F&B and also to other business concepts that may help Nejoud boost its customer base
  • Uplift overall vibes and customer perception towards all businesses handled and operated by Nejoud
  • Ensure that all PR, Marketing, Business Development, Creative content needs of Nejoud and its brands are met on time and of the quality standard set by the Nejoud
  • Ensure that all budget for the team is utilize on its purpose to achieve its goal, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and

Public Relations

  • Nejoud Restaurant Management Company brand and its F&B Division’s ambassador to customers
  • Customer’s engagement through social network, SEM and brand events and operations
  • Works hand in hand with support staff and IT Department for company website content development and updates


  • Enhance market share and expand client base through online presence and lead generation (email, social media, the like)
  • Monitor and manage the public relations activities


  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.


  • Event Planning, Organizing, Marketing and Implementation (i.e Summer program, loyalty program, branding events
    such as but not limited to Coffee Competition, Employee Engagement and the like)
  • Provide Marketing activities for New Store Openings
  • New Roll Outs and Product/Menu development contributor
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
    Management, Marketing and Research
  • Work with Management for all marketing platforms,
  • Design and development of annual marketing plan for existing and new brands
  • Prepare and present marketing budget for respective brands
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, promotion programs and sales action plans
  • Improve products and services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product builds and packaging and coordinating new products development
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities and how to maximize for better brand outlook


  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials
  • Create these materials by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
