Marketing Manager – Bounce – Saudi Arabia

Position Purpose:  

·    Ownership of initiatives and drive multiple projects under the mantra of continuous improvement

·        Ownership of all Saudi Arabian brand-related campaigns, briefs and content

·        Lead the execution of Central and Local Marketing campaigns and deliver excellent results that amplify the BOUNCE brand and generate footfall to the venue’s

·        Support the venue teams with local requests, events and tactical executions

·        Identify, manage and measure brand, influencer and local media initiatives and relationships

Key accountabilities


Marketing & Brand Management

·         To develop strategy & implement marketing campaigns for the Saudi Arabian market.  Ensure deadlines are met by all stakeholders

·         Own and develop a deep understanding of KSA consumer insights and ensure they are implemented in all KSA campaigns

·         Create and own the KSA marketing plan and champion in line with Central and Venue priorities.

·         Responsible for developing country specific campaign/content briefs and manage its delivery with all stakeholders

·         Manage, monitor and track all ongoing projects while ensuring high visibility and buy-in at all levels in the company

·         Support the Community Manager on sharing and creating local content to be used on Social Media channels

·         Delivery of post-campaign reports that highlight results, learnings and next steps

Identify and lead on the execution of local events, sponsorships and activations that will drive the awareness in the market and drive footfall to the venue
Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are committed to engaging consumers and driving traffic to venues while maintaining brand consistency
Develop standard operating procedures to manage multiple initiatives and improve the way the teams and KSA-Venue-Central teams collaborate
Complete monthly Marketing Reports for submission to the Head of Marketing factoring in the specific marketing performance KPIs, as well as other strategy and budget reporting as required

New Venue Launches

Successfully position and launch the brand in the new markets utilizing the venue launch formula, including;
Creation and execution of locally relevant venue launch plans for new BOUNCE venue with all relevant stakeholders
Building anticipation to capture the hearts and minds of key opinion leaders within the primary audience groups, influencers and media
Localising messaging to ensure relevance to local consumers, while maintaining consistency with the brand and culture fundamentals
Establishing communications and promotional activity which builds hype around the spirit of the brand and offering, the unique customer service and the exciting employment opportunities
Collaborations & Ambassadors

To identify, develop and manage partnership collaborations with various brands to grow brand awareness and engagement, and anchor the BOUNCE brand equity in the market, leveraging each other’s scope and audience reach. That can include co-branded events, marketing campaigns, tactical sales activities and others
Establish a strategy targeting key influencers and relevant brand ambassadors to target for joint initiatives

Media and Influencer Relations

Target high profile TV networks / programs, radio shows, bloggers, publications etc. to build relationships in order to achieve ongoing coverage relating to the BOUNCE brand and venues
Execute an effective influencer and ambassador ‘win-win’ strategy in KSA that delivers sustainable value to BOUNCE KSA

Marketing ‘IP’ Management & Storage

·          Organize and maintain all marketing-related data and content on Google Drive


Vision & Values

·        Lead by example by living BOUNCE values on a day to day basis and encourage and help all team members to do the same

·        Positively influence and maintain the BOUNCE culture through direct and indirect action as needed

·        Take every opportunity to promote the BOUNCE vision, values and culture both internally and externally
