Membership Consultant/Sales Consultant – MTM Group – Qatar

The Membership Sales Consultant will deliver clear membership options to potential new members as well as maintaining excellent customer services to all Club members and non-members.


The Membership Sales Consultant will ensure sales goals are met in line with the Clubs targets. The Membership Sales Consultant will generate new leads and maximize sales, by offering clear and concise product information and retain members where possible.

Responsibilities:
Fully understand the sales stages, sales ratios and the impact these have on the business if they are not followed

Initiate and promote the sales of memberships and products to new and existing members

Gather information from potential members in order to recommend and offer membership options best suited to each individual

Fully understand Sales Briefs with offers available daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

Understand Terms and Conditions of each membership

Understanding of sales pricing structure and sales commission

Understand vetting and the implications of non-compliance

Full understanding of club products, processes and pricing

Collect and gain leads by different forms of lead generation activities which may include working of reception

Achieve set targets and goals outlined by your line manager

Promote efficiency and team spirit

Attend and document all ongoing training

Have a genuine interest in all the latest developments in the fitness industry

Requirements:

Educated to degree level preferred but not essential

2 – 3 years in a Sales role

Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Confident and friendly approach

Motivational and target driven

Demonstrates a can do attitude at all times

Excellent communication skills
