Qanawat Digital is looking for a Value Added Services Sales/ Account Manager with experience in Mobile VAS, Content, & Sales Management with Mobile Operators. The candidate will be accountable for a number of Mobile Operators & Content Providers in order to monetize the content with Mobile Operators in the Middle East market. What is essential is that the Candidate should be good sales acumen ship, sharp, a great communicator, be able to pick things up quickly, have great judgment, should be hands-on about everything he/she does, be a top problem solver with excellent follow-up skills, be a self-starter and pay excellent attention to detail.
• Core responsibility to increase Sales under his P&L
• Define monthly sales target with the line manager and plan to execute the sales plan
• Monitor and analyze sales activity against goals.
• Open new sales channel to sell content on Mobile Operators Network
• Responsible and accountable for of the business account of Mobile Operators, content providers in order to monetize all their content with Mobile Operators.
• Signing agreement with content providers and mobile operators
• Support the content provider with sales and revenue analysis and monthly reportings
• Assign, coordinate and follow up service delivery tasks with Content Specialists to meet periodic content updates deadlines
• Provide recommendations to improve service delivery and increase service sales and maximize its profitability.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly service reports analysis (sales information, marketing campaigns information, incident status, open action points, etc.).
• Arrange service delivery follow up meetings with customer to discuss action points and open issues to improve the service.
• Manage Delivery Plan in alignment with marketing, promotion and events opportunities
• Core function of the role, improve sales of the content on mobile operator’s accounts
• Develop and manage sales and marketing plan and budgets.
• Define and execute promotion and marketing plan with Mobile Operators
• Sign exclusive deals
• Enforce creativity and innovation, identify and develop new products and services.
• Maximize the campaigns utilizing all possible inventories, available, with respective account.
