Mohamed bin Zayed receives Senegalese President

ABU DHABI, 14th March, 2019 (WAM) — His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, this evening received President of Senegal, Macky Sall, currently visiting the country to attend the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, which opened today in the UAE capital.

The two leaders discussed prospects for propelling the friendship and cooperation ties between the two countries across all fronts, with a special emphasis laid on investment and developmental domains.

The meeting occasioned a review of a number of regional and international issues of common interest.

The conversation touched on the importance of the ongoing Special Olympics, with the two leaders sharing identical views on the prestigious event’s paramount significance at the sports, cultural and social levels as well as on the inherent message of love, solidarity and peace the UAE is relaying to the entire world through the Games.

Attending the meeting was Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Crown Prince’s Court of Abu Dhabi.
