National Sales Manager – Mindfield Resources – Saudi Arabia
-They are looking for a leader to head a large sales and distribution network across the kingdom. Both areas of operational excellence and strategic brilliance are necessary for this role as you would sit on the leadership team and would be accountable for the major chunk of the business volumes. Areas that you need to have an enviable track record are direct distribution, effective management of a large van sales operation, handling distributors and managing trade contracts with some of the larger players, sales forecasting and planning. Since the business is on an aggressive growth mode you need to come armed with the relevant experience to hit the ground running. You would be required to devise and implement strategies to enhance sales and distribution, aggressively build the capabilities within the present team, and create win win solutions with the bigger dealers in the wholesale trade.
